Gaming supervisors look over gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area. Circulating among the game tables, they make sure that all stations and games are covered for each shift. Gaming supervisors must have leadership qualities and above average communication skills. Despite their educational background, however, most supervisors gain experience in other betting occupations before moving into supervisory desks because an understanding of games and casino operations is quite essential for these staff.
